Managing Subscriptions
How do I restore my subscription?
If you reinstall the app or change devices, go to the Settings menu within Time2Curry and tap "Restore Purchases." This will relink your active Apple ID subscription to the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your Name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Time2Curry.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Does Premium work on my other devices?
Yes! As long as you are signed into the same Apple ID, your subscription carries over. If it doesn't show up automatically, use the Restore Purchases button in the app settings.
AI & Recipe Features
How does the AI recipe scan work?
Time2Curry uses Google Gemini AI to analyze your photos, clipboards, or websites and format them into ingredients and steps.
The AI didn't extract my recipe correctly. What should I do?
AI extraction depends on image clarity. Ensure your photo is well-lit and the text is legible. You can always manually edit any part of the recipe after the AI has processed it.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your recipes and photos are your own. We do not sell your data or use your private recipes to train AI models.
