By downloading or using the Time2Curry app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Vish Phadnis.

Subscriptions and Payments

Time2Curry offers a "Yearly Subscription" which provides access to premium features, including AI recipe extraction and cloud syncing.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

• Pricing: We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. Any price changes will be communicated clearly within the app.

AI-Powered Features (Gemini AI)

Version 2.0 utilizes Google Gemini AI to extract recipe data from images, websites, and your clipboard.

• Accuracy Disclaimer: AI-generated content can contain errors. Time2Curry does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of recipes extracted by the AI.

• User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify all ingredients, measurements, and cooking instructions—particularly regarding food safety and allergens—before following a recipe. Vish Phadnis accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

Data and Security

The Time2Curry app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it may make your device vulnerable to malware and compromise the app's security features.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• Google Firebase Services

• Google Gemini AI

• Apple Media Services

Connectivity and Responsibility

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. Vish Phadnis cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your mobile data allowance. If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider’s data rates and roaming charges will apply.

Termination and Updates

We may update the app at any time. To continue using the Service, you may be required to download updates as they are released. We also reserve the right to stop providing the app or terminate your use of it at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
